Maureen offers program development, instructional design, and microlearning toward building better care and learning environments. She delivers expert training design and delivery, meeting facilitation, and policy review, revision, and development. Her work includes a special focus on LGBTQ+ health and wellness, inclusion, and belonging, with specific tools and resources to build better trans and nonbinary patient, student, and staff experience.
